Successful Open Days at Royal De Ruiter East Africa
Royal De Ruiter East Africa hosted rose growers from across the region as well as other industry players for their 2017 open days on December 7th and 8th. Those in attendance had a chance to sample new introductions and codes as well as other well known De Ruiter rose varieties.
The De Ruiter team led by the Director Regional Offices Oscar Peters and De Ruiter East Africa MD Rob Letcher had a busy and productive time attending to the numerous inquiries from rose growers who were present to find what varieties would best suit their production strategies.
De Ruiter lays emphasis on a unique and agronomical approach where they update growers with the latest advice to boost their production so as to earn more per stem at the market. The breeder continues to strive in innovation and “Creating Flower Business”. This remains their vision as they have continued to develop strong platforms for product development that suit country and regional requirements.
