After his apprenticeship in floral design he worked as florist in a flower shop. In 2003 he started his master education in Grünberg, Germany, and became a Master of Floral Design in 2004. He spent the next two years in the USA, in Japan and Spain to gain more experience in creative development and product presentation as well as in teaching florists.

In 2005 Björn Kroner won the county championship in Nordrhein-Westfalen and became Germany's third best florist in the final of the Goldene Rose competition in 2006. Since 2007 he has been working as a freelance floral designer. He gives seminars and presents decorations and trends in fairs and showrooms in the Netherlands and in Germany
