Peach Avalanche+
The view from the Lex+ hothouse is rather grand: a seemingly endless polder landscape under the vast Dutch sky. Sunrises in Kudelstaart are as beautiful as they get, in varying shades of pale pink to orange, just visible through the mist that hangs over the fields. This must have inspired Avalanche+ to mutate into a variety with a hint of pink in its petals. And good on her, Peach Avalanche+ became the instant winner of the Fleur Primeur in 2007. Very productive plant, easy grower, suitable for almost anywhere in the world.
