IPM DUBAI achieved great success in the high potential market

The growth of internationality and the enormous increase in exhibition space characterized the IPM DUBAI in 2015: 102 exhibitors from 27 countries, among them 8 official country pavilions. 3,505 trade visitors came from 47 countries – 6% more than last year. The exhibitors praised the excellent quality of the visitors and their willingness to invest:

- 95.5% of IPM DUBAI visitors concluded contracts or made purchases at the trade fair.
- 97.2% of IPM DUBAI visitors intended to made preparation for future purchase or investment at   the trade fair.

With their oil and gas resources, the seven United Arab Emirates are among the world’s richest countries and financially most powerful investors. Thanks to its transport infrastructure, Dubai serves as the trade hub that satisfies the existing demand in the Middle East, Africa and Indian Subcontinent. Awarding EXPO 2020 to Dubai is going to bring investments in the billion dollar range.

Other major projects such as the construction of the largest amusement park in the world, the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar and the expansion of the eco-city Masdar City in Abu Dhabi are already looming on the horizon and will also give a powerful impetus to IPM DUBAI.
