Natalia Zhizhko (Russia) winner of the Europa Cup 2011!
For the next four years, Natalia Zhizko will reign as the official European Champion of Floral Design. During the Europa Cup Natalia showed to be the best of all 18 competitors. The first runner-up was Niina Minkinnen (Finland) while Neil Whittaker took third place.
The jury made a unanimous decision. According to the chairman of the jury, Mr. Marios Vallianos, the title belonged to Natalia as she showed the best combination of creativity and floral techniques.
After a battle covering six different projects, including projects such as, a bridal bouquet in the colours of the Europa Cup logo, an outdoor project and a table piece, she turned out to be the one and only champion. The cup was handed over in front of an ecstatic audience. Tears of happiness showed her actual emotions.
