Coal to Blooms
What do you think about the connection of flowers and coal . What kind of flowers would you combine with the coal?
There is a huge contrast between living plant matter and coal which is what fascinates me most. I would like to combine some very strong plant shapes but also some very lightweight plants.
Whose work do you admire (in floral design, but also in fields of art, design, movies, music, etc.)?
In floral design, Gregor Lersch, Jouni Seppänen and Kristen Voreland. In art, Andy Goldsworthy. In design, Alvar Aalto, Saara Hopea, Minna Parikka and Jukka Rintala.
