From Coal to Blooms
What do you think about the connection of flowers and coal and what kind of flowers would you combine with the coal?
Coal brings power and light into the world so the flowers I would choose would be bright and strong with strong forms to grow from the base of the coal.
Whose work do you admire (in floral design, but also in fields of art, design, movies, music, etc.)?
Someone who has always inspired me the most through the years is Younni Seppen from Finland. Through him I learnt to respect my flowers, look how they grow. Learning how to layer my flowers has always been very important to me. When I go the Chelsea flower Show and see many new ideas through the show gardens and architecture really excites me.
