Araik Galstyan in exhilarating show at the IPM

Araik Galstyan: ‘I liked the flowers supported by Dutch Creations because they give a possibility to express feelings in my arrangements. The color range of these products is so enormous that it’s possible to use many color hues. I’m very satisfied with the results of my projects!’

Many florists from mainly Germany and the Netherlands joined this show and enjoyed the skills of this top designer from Armenia!

Araik Galstyan made several spectacular objects at the IPM, below a selection of the floral creation.

The chair is made of foam plastic. The pieces of OASIS® Floral Foam are attached on the bottom and back of the chair; all of this is covered with a piece of cloth. Grey-pink pillow catkins and Calandiva® Foster flowers whose texture is similar as the cloth, and the flowers are glued on this cloth. Phalaenopsis Kobe® and Lilies Santa Rosa® are added to the creation.

This chair construction is also made of foam plastic. Metal bolts are built into the chair back. With the aid of curtain hooks glass tubes are attached to the cheesecloth. The following flowers are used in the tubes: Freesia White River®, Anthurium White Champion®, Phalaenopsis Kobe®, Asclepias fruits, Ornithogalum Saundersiae.

The colour range of the flowers are of white-grey-beige, which is similar in color to the surface of the chair to accentuate the tenderness and elegancy of the arrangement.

CREATION 2

OASIS® Floral Foam with many short cut Gerberas Pasta Pennoni® and is attached to the top of the pedestal. This variety is perfect for this creation. Because of the very warm, attractive yellow colour. Hamamelis virginiana branches contrast with a quiet and static parallelepiped form. Hamamelis virginiana petals are very similar to the gerberas petals. The creation is made of artificially aged foam plastic.
