Great Flower Arrangement Event Alden Biesen

- 22 up to 25 September 2006 - Opened for public from 10.00 till 18.00 - National commandery of Alden Biesen - Bilzen (Limburg) - Belgium Shows and presentations At Alden Biesen you will certainly enjoy all the wonderful presentations. Inspired on the 'Walk or Fame' there will be splattering flower shows every day.Also there are ongoing demonstrations and performances, we name: - Haute Couture with roses; - Dressed art; - Thousand poppies in Alden Biesen; - "SchreursCup 2006' - flower arrangement competition; - Workshops with Moniek vanden Berghe and Nadine van Acker; - Etc.

In association with the Great Flower Arrangement Team, Schreurs Gerberas & Roses! challenges florists/designers to participate to the SchreursCup 2006. The participants are asked to make a flower creation where roses and gerberas must be the focal point on Thursday 21 September. This creation shows the vision of the concerning florist/designers on the style trends of 2006 (the florists/designers may choose one of the following themes 'Animated Colors' and 'Vintage Glamour') and is a tribute to the quality and beauty of these flower types.

At September 22, the baptism of our new gerbera by VRT show "De rode loper" is planned.
