Circle around the castle
A large floating circle is the centre of a harmonious flower arrangement in an old castle. Inspired by circles, arches, waves and flowers Philippe Bas created an atmosphere of harmony in the castle of Alden Biesen (Belgium). All designs have the freshness of white and green, even the soft light in the room is greenish. Philippe used 1500 chrysanthemums for this project.
The large circle is made of a steel ring, on the sides covered with Thyfa and reed and filled with the compact chrysanthemums Feeling Green, Feeling White and Vivid, finished off with white berries.
The basis for the arche is oasis, wrapped in coconut leaves and filled with Hydrangea.
For the simply touching hanging circle only these pompon type chrysanthemums could be used, because of the compact design.
A beautiful design, created with products from the region and offering a feeling of peace and pureness when you circle around the castle.
