Floriworld: Newest theme attraction in the Netherlands has opened! Aalsmeer, 1 July 2020
FloriWorld opened its doors on July 1. The latest flower and plant experience in the Netherlands is ready to receive tourists from the Netherlands and abroad. The residents of Aalsmeer visited last week to be the first to pay a unique visit to FloriWorld. The reactions were very favorable and Aalsmeer residents expressed pride in the new attraction in their town. FloriWorld is an indoor theme attraction about flowers and plants.

The building with colorful siding, which represents the Dutch flower bulb fields, is a real eye-catcher in Aalsmeer. When the visitors enter, they are welcomed by a hostess and kindly requested to disinfect their hands. The whole attraction has disinfection machines and there is enough space to keep your distance, so it is completely corona proof! Visitors walk independently through the 14 different shows, films and spaces in which they experience the magic of real and virtual flowers in a spectacular way. At the entrance, the visitor is given a band with an RFID chip, which allows the visitor to indicate his or her personal flower and plant preferences.

You can choose which color of flower you like best, but your selfies are also stored on this strap, so you can view them again at home. The favorite flowers, plants and photos are processed in the various shows, making FloriWorld a truly personal experience. There is a flower auction where you can play the auction game with real FloriCoins and bid on a bouquet of flowers that you can keep, give away or donate to charity.

But there is also a 4D film about groom Daan who, on the way to his wedding, forgets his bridal bouquet and ends up in a tulip field. In July and August there is a special opening offer, with which you get a whopping € 6 discount on a ticket. An adult ticket is now € 17.50 and a ticket for children is € 10. FloriWorld is an enchanting theme attraction in which you can experience the magic of real and virtual flowers. Order your tickets now at www.floriworld.nl.
