On Sunday 29 and Monday 30 September, the Amaryllis promotion committee will present the first Hello it’s me-Amaryllis show during the Autumn event of FloraZon. The show is part of the new promotion campaign in which the diversity of the assortment is emphasized throughout the seasons.
The cut amaryllis growers work together on promotion. They have developed a campaign with the pay-off "Hello it's me", in which the diversity in the Amaryllis assortment is clearly positioned throughout the season from November to February. The campaign revolves around embracing Amaryllis within the seasonal experience of fall, winter, and early spring. This strategy provides florists with tools to present the "raw" flower in a smart way within the seasonal experiences as a showstopper in the store.
Amaryllis on tour
The Amaryllis season is kicked off with a tray-out during the Autumn event of FloraZon on 29 and 30 September in Venlo. In collaboration with flower arranger Stefan van Berlo, visitors are surprised with the versatility of Amaryllis. The show revolves around presenting new directions during and outside the peak season for the shop floor. In addition, various florist events are being organized by i.s.m. Dobbe Flowers and the Green Trade Center, Veiling Plantion, wholesale center Plantion and Veiling Rhein-Maas.
This campaign year is being started with six Amaryllis ambassadors in both the Netherlands and Germany. Together with these florists, Amaryllis events and pop-up shelves are organized on the shop floor. On Saturday 26 October the first "Hello it’s me" event will take place at De Bloemenvink in Leidschendam. In addition, the campaign offers promotional material to all florists in the Netherlands and Germany. At the beginning of November 3,000 Dutch florists received the now-known window sign template with the winter magazine 365 days of flowers and 1,100 German florists received the template via Gestalten & Verkaufen. The updated template can also be downloaded via the website.
