All of the 32 competitors, 16 from each session, took part in heat competitions held throughout the UK. These competitions are run by the BFA, they ensure that every florist throughout the UK has an opportunity to throw their hat in the ring, compete at the heat with the aim of getting one of the top spots at the worlds most famous flower show.
Helen Pannitt was crowned RHS Chelsea Florist of the Year earlier in the week.
Her design was just incredible.
Judging, for both the heats and final competition are carried out by The UK Floristry Judges Guild, judges that are trained and meet high standards enabling them to be recognised as world-class judges, inline with their international colleagues.
