Green light for changes to the organizational structure of Royal FloraHolland
Royal FloraHolland is amending the organizational structure in order to better respond to changes in the sector like digitization and globalization. The needs of growers and buyers are the priorities here.

To this end, the original Commerce department will be divided into two departments: Services for Growers and a new Commerce department, integrating the digital platform and channel activities.
Works Council Advice
The proposals have been presented to and discussed with the Works Council of Royal FloraHolland. Following the advice of the Works Council, the MT of Royal FloraHolland has made a final decision.
Customized Service Provision
The organizational change is intended to provide the customers of Royal FloraHolland with a more customized service. Through this structural change, it will become much clearer to customers who is responsible for a particular service within Royal FloraHolland.
Customer-oriented organization
The change to the organizational structure will enable Royal FloraHolland to service its customers and growers in a more efficient way. In order to achieve this, new positions are being created and other positions will disappear. Employees have been informed about the impact on their roles. Naturally, customers will also be notified should the changes affect them.
