LG Flowers compiles European florists panel

Which new variety of mini gerberas has the wow factor? With which species would florists want to distinguish themselves? Which variety offers the most possibilities? LG Flowers, breeder and grower of mini Gerberas, calls for the help of European florists. With so many new varieties that may grow into commercial success, feedback is important.
 

A selection of florists from all over Europe join the test panel of LG Flowers. In 2019 they will receive three to four times the request to critically assess new mini Gerbera varieties. LG Flowers currently produces 94 mini Gerbera varieties and with their Florya Breeding department they breed new Gerbera species.

Nouschka van der Burg: "Sector feedback is essential in the breeding process. After our own test phases, we have to choose which species to continue and the choice is difficult. We would therefore like to involve the florist as a link between us and the consumer in our decision-making. Their opinion about our new varieties is worth our gold! "
