Royal Lemkes, winner in 2018
In 2018 Royal Lemkes was the winner of the Horticultural Entrepreneur's Prize. This supplier of plants and related services to large-scale retailers in Europe won because of its pursuit of innovation and binding in the chain and for demonstrating a vision of sustainable entrepreneurship. Michiel de Haan said, "We consider this an encouragement to do a bit better every day. It forms an additional motivation to continue developing in the field of plants, supply chain optimalisation, business intelligence and trade marketing. We are looking forward to being the ambassador this year for the horticultural sector."
