On Monday, 25 June 2018 Aalsmeer is switching to the new packaging system. At all Royal FloraHolland locations you will start using the packaging card to collect and return packaging from that moment. If you have not yet used the packaging card or have not ordered it yet, we would be happy to assist you.
Use of your packaging card
Starting on Monday, 25 June 2018 you will need a packaging card to collect and return packaging in Aalsmeer. Are you already using the packaging card in Naaldwijk, Rijnsburg or Eelde? You can use the same card in Aalsmeer. The card is not specific to a location.
Current card for CC-containers to remain
As soon as Aalsmeer goes live, you can use the new packaging card, and the current card for packaging will no longer work. Please note that the new packaging card is used only for packaging. You can continue to use your current card for CC-containers.
Paper transaction dockets to disappear
The processing of packaging transactions will be digital in the new system. You will receive the docket digitally at your registered e-mail address immediately after the packaging transaction. The docket contains the packaging codes and the quantities (but no longer the financial accounting). The paper transaction docket will disappear. Are you returning packaging? Then we ask you to enter the packaging codes and quantities on the paper return docket in advance of the transaction.
Online notification in advance is the next step
Royal FloraHolland is implementing the new system in stages to realise a smooth transition for you. We started with the digital transaction processing. Online notification in advance is the next step. Until that time, you can continue notifying your orders and returns by telephone, e-mail or the packaging docket, as usual. When we go live in Aalsmeer (and also in Naaldwijk) with online notification in advance, we will inform you of the change. You can continue to submit notifications of packaging (orders and returns) in Eelde or Rijnsburg online via My Royal FloraHolland.
