Mother's Day Delight from De Ruiter East Africa
Mother's Day is a celebration honouring the mother of the family, as well as motherhood, maternal bonds, and the influence of mothers in society. It is celebrated on various days in many parts of the world, most commonly in the months of March or May. The modern holiday of Mother's Day was first celebrated in 1908, when Anna Jarvis held a memorial for her mother at St Andrew's Methodist Church in Grafton, West Virginia.

With mothers in mind throughout the world, the breeder De Ruiter has gone to great lengths to come up with attractive ‘Pink’ rose varieties to celebrate this special day.
‘In our assortment, we have a number of pleasing varieties to offer growers, options to sell all year round, not just on Mother’s Day’ says breeder De Ruiter East Africa.
Varieties such as De Ruiter Big Five Pinks... OPALA®, PINK RHODOS®, WHAM®, LOVELY RHODOS® & RHOSLYN®.
As well as ‘Bi-Colour, Pinks’ & Special shapes’ such as PINK XPRESSION®, PINK JOURNEY®, PINK ICE®, MELANGE®, ROYAL JEWEL & AFRICAN JEWEL® are all set to be poignant reminders of how special and important mothers are to every one of us and the sacrifices they make.
