Grand installation by Dennis Kneepkens at Flower Festival Timfloralis, Romania

April is a month of celebrations, especially for Timisoara, Romania. Every year the city hosts numerous festivals, with flower festival Timfloralis being one of the most festive! And just like last year, international designer Dennis Kneepkens was responsible for the installation at the main square.

Winning the titel of European Cultural Capital of 2021, the assigment this year was to develop an installation based on the city's ECC logo. The sign, a yellow circle, was cleverly incorporated by the creation of six rose spheres surrounding a big wreath. 

Designers Dennis Kneepkens and Mick Stubbe worked with Romanian designer Filomena Brisc to help with the excecution. Their fresh Dutch flowers, amongst them some breathtaking peonies, rosa Yellow Finess from Princess Roses and Montana Alissa Yellow and Alissa green, were delivered by Flori Holland.
