Columbian flowers in France
June 22 marked the opening of Colombia's official presence in France, as part of the Crossed Seasons France-Colombia 2017 (Temporadas Cruzadas Francia-Colombia 2017), a year of cultural, economic and bilateral cooperation exchanges between the two countries.

More than 900 Colombian roses and carnations, donated by Asocolflores, decorated the Sorbonne University, where Colombian President and Peace Nobel Prize, Juan Manuel Santos, received an Honoris Causa Ph.D. degree from the prestigious academic institution for his humanistic merit in the pursue of peace and reconciliation in Colombia.
"We would like to thank especially our member companies Agroindustrial Don Eusebio SAS and Flores Ipanema SAS, for their generous donation of roses and carnations to celebrate this significant achievement for Colombia." ASocolflores.
This was the opening act of Colombia's presence in France throughout this semester. We were very honored to be able to participate in this event and display the quality and variety of our flowers abroad. More events will be celebrated in France to honor Colombia until the end of this year, including in October at the Carreau du Temple in Paris, and Asocolflores will be present with our best flowers.
