Product photos at clock 100%, achieved earlier than expected!
All growers are now sending a product photo along with their Electronic Delivery Form (EDF). We achieved this success in a joint effort.

This milestone is very important for the implementation of The New Auctioning. And that puts us well on the path towards a digital future
Solutions have now been found for some technical points for improvement. However, there is still an issue with delayed EDFs. What is happening in such a situation? You have submitted your EDF with a photo but due to a disruption, it arrives too late at Royal FloraHolland. This can be solved by using the QR-code. The QR-code is an addition to the existing barcode.
What can you do?
From 1 March 2017 software suppliers must incorporate the QR-code in their software packages. To be able to use the QR-code you must have:
- Saved a photo in the image bank
- The QR-code containing a valid photo-ID
- A current version of your software package
- Used a laser printer with blank paper
Without a product photo or QR-code, floraholland shall not be able to auction your flowers and plants after March 2017.
What is a good photo?
On the website you can find the photo guidelines laid out clearly in a list. There is a choice between guidelines for flowers or for plants.
