Day 2: Second competition task: A table decoration for Silleteros

This theme is based on the traditional march of the Colombian “silleteros” and their designs. Competitors will have to design a round arrangement on a support table.
The arrangement will be made on round floral foam. Shape is round. The arrangement must be more than 1 meter in diameter. Color is free.
My inspiration in this design is given by the color used by silleteros in their designs, making an explosion of color. However, considering that the silleteros show their works in a parade, I wanted to reflect the path that made during the parade through the depth and reflected in the arrangement of the flowers in the oasis, in different heights, moving the different foliage, flowers and the variety of the wire frame that runs along the floral design.

Use flowers that I like, because they are simple yet have dissimilar shapes and colors. Among the flowers you use are chrysanthemums in different colors and sizes, including colored carnations Greenball, mini carnations, roses, minirosas, anthuriums, lilies, gerberas and foliage use different types that give us different movements like horsetails (horsetail), cordilina, fern and ruscos.

Seeing that Colombian silleteros generally strong colors predominate, the color is the first impact. In my case for this design I wanted to use warm colors in autumn ranges turn some lights when combined with brightly colored flowers, make an impact in the same way using only strong colors.

Day 2: Third competition task: A bouquet from the Amazon.
The amazon has a wide array of different flowers and greens that cannot be seen anywhere in the world. This theme focuses on the most common floral arrangement: the bouquet. Competitors will make a bouquet by incorporating flowers and greens from the amazon.
The arrangement will have a minimum of 30 stems and it must be possible to carry the bouquet by one person. Competitors may use a structure for the bouquet that will be made during the days given for preparation.
Shape and size is free. A Complimentary color harmony must be used. The bouquet will be made in a spiral form with one binding point.
I did not use any type of structure and I wanted to make it very simple because this should highlight the beauty of the flower without being disturbed by accessory elements.
