What did Alison from Mad Lilies have to say about Strelitzia?

As we move into the summer months we are once again starting to give our florists the chance to blog about their experiences with Strelitzia. After the popular feature visited Beaufort Florist Colonnade Florists earlier in the year this time we are visiting Banfield in Surrey to visit one of the longest Strelitzia users.
Alison is the manager and owner of Mad Lilies and this is what she has had to say about Strelitzia. What made you install Strelitzia into your shops?
“There was a couple of reasons really, I had received a number of recommendations from other florists which made me first think about Strelitzia.
But the main reason I installed the software was because the previous owner had it and I was impressed with the software from the first time I seen it. I particularly like the way you can track an order, payments and store clients data.”
How did your staff cope?
“The staff coped really well. I was really happy with the support we got but we all found it so easy to use and navigate around. Some of us are definitely not computer whizzes, so I was pleased we all managed ok.”
What is the best feature of Strelitzia?
“The two biggest benefits, I believe, are the fact I am able to quickly and easily organise delivery lists, especially at the peak periods. The second benefit is that I can track and trace customer payments, what’s been paid, what’s owing, and know exactly where we are with money.
How do you find Strelitzia support?
“Wonderful. They are all really helpful. The whole team are very patient with all our questions and queries! We want to work with the support team more for growing the business and getting the most out of Strelitzia and they are really supportive of this.”
