CHAIRMAN’S LAUNCH OF CONSUMER WEBSITE & 2020 VISION UPDATE
This new website is an exciting development for every florist and the industry as a whole, on the main stage on Saturday, Chairman Brian Wills-Pope will be officially launching this BFA’s consumer website that we have been busy working on. The new website will bring Flower shops to media attention and raise consumer awareness of our great profession, giving huge benefit to BFA members. Brian will be give an update on the exciting changes going on at BFA that will re-ignite this industry and regain flower sales from the supermarkets! - Don't miss this opportunity to learn how this will directly affect your business!
MASTER CLASSES
On Saturday and Sunday we have master classes from David Ragg ‘Wired and Wonderful’, Lana Bates ‘Innovations in Bridal Floristry’ and Fleurop World Cup Runner Up, Neil Whittaker gives a master class in Packaging and Gift Wrapping. Hurry as last few places will go in next few weeks.


THE BLOOM ROOM AND GLASSHOUSE
New to Fleurex this year is BR&G; a collaboration of Dutch and English growers and breeders, run by FFP and FloriSmart, who are putting on a fantastic floral spectacle to inspire you to take lessons from the field into your floral designs. It’s a place to learn from growers, and share and educate. The team have also recreated a huge flower shop, where ideas flourish and florists can interact and explore new ideas.
THE DEBUT DESIGNERS STAGE
New for 2015 young florists share their skills in 20min bite-size slots on Saturday afternoon. This is the ideal platform to give our future talent a taste of the spotlight and see what floristry demonstrating is all about. There are still places left, so please nominate your young florists and enable them to become our florists of the future.
THE COMPETITIONS
There are 6 fantastic competitions to enter for florists of all ages and a total of £2000 price money to be won. This year competitions are sponsored by Interflora - Class A, Floristry Training Fund - Class B, Chrysal - Class C, Jago Publishing - Class D, Opiflor -Class E, Floral Tours - Class F. The Deadline for competition entries is 30th September.

GALA DINNER
Let your hair down, eat, be merry and dance! You are invited to start the evening with the Chairman’s drinks reception with complimentary drinks, followed by a 3-course meal, and then disco and dancing into the night. This is the highlight of the year, and a fantastic opportunity to mix with fellow florists and havesome fun.

INDUSTRY AWARDS
Taking place after dinner and before the dancing festivities is the Annual Industry Awards, where precious trophies are won.
