It was an exiting first day of Fleurop Interflora World Cup competition. All competitors had to do two tasks. Starting of with a surprize item in the morning and in the afternoon the first task the competitors had prepared beforehand. Titled, ‘100% Personal’.
Flowerweb and it team was right there and worked with the organisation to make sure we not only show you the end results but also the story behind the creations and techniques used told by the competitors themselves.
Below you can see the results from competitor Soraya Rojo from Spain
On our Fleurop - Interflora event page you can see the floral designs from the other competitors.

100% Dianthus
All contestants were given a surprise assignment which was called "100% Dianthus". They had 4 hours preperation time and 90 minutes time to actually finish the assigment with flowers.
The main ingredients of this assigment:
All competitors recieved the same metal construction.
The main focus in the overall design should be on Dianthus flowers. All competitors were free to use as many of the provided materials as they want.
No problem… A good florist with imagination can always use its creativity to suprise its customers with any material….
For this assignment for example I changed structure by bending the metal. The flowers I have place freely like the are flowing. I used the natural lenght of the stems respection the Dianthus and showing they the way they are.

Day 1: First competition task: 100% personal
The first World Cup task is all about the personality of the finalists. Free of the compulsion to observe rules or conventions, the individual work pieces should reflect the different facets of their characters.

this Work iş a reflect of My character, and how I can feel My Life and dreams
este trabajo es un reflejo de mi carácter y como siento la vida , sueños

I have made a sculpture , using different techniques having concern for materials and flowers.Three months
he realizado una escultura, usando diferentes técnicas intentando respetar los materiales y las flores.tres meses.

Iş everything, you can't Work in Floristry and create different Arrangements and transmit feellings if your mind iş not free, you need to fly
Lo es todo, tu no puedes crear y transmitir sentimientos con las flores si tu mente no es libre , necesitas volar
