"Pulsating Emotions by" Ukrainian Florist's Society
The Ukrainian Florist Society was asked to decorate the large tunnel shaped dungeon at The castle of Alden Biesen during Fleuramour 2014.
A competition was held between its members to come with the best plan for this project.
The Idea from Oksana Timofeeva won and together with Iryna Byelobrova they coordinated the project.
A large team from Ukrainian floral designers traveled to Belgium, were 50 meters of plastic tubes, rope, metal wire, 5000 Chrysantemum flowers and Aspidistra and Calyx leaves were waiting for them, and got to work.

They started of by creating the structure. Plastic tubes were wrapped completely with rope after which the used metal wires to create the bases for the flower stems
The tubes were shaped in two opposite symmetric moving forms. Five on each side.

5000 Chrysanthemum flowers from Fides we used in different colors.
First the flowers were taken from the stems and were sorted by size. After which they were glued and pinched on the metal wires from large to small, creating amazing large phantasy Chrysanthemums.

After three days of hard work by the Ukrainian team they got the job done.
