Regional meetings in the run up to the ALV on July 10
In the run up to the new General Members’ Meeting (ALV) on July 10, FloraHolland is organising closed regional meetings in the Netherlands and abroad.
This is necessary because during the ALV on Thursday, June 5, the proposal to credit half of the liquidity contribution for 2013 was voted down.
On June 19 the management board in a joint meeting with both advisory councils discussed ways to cover the loss suffered in 2013 and the process to come to a decision on this.
On July 10 FloraHolland is organising a new closed ALV to address the offsetting of the loss and the annual accounts. It will be held in Aalsmeer at 19:30. Prior to this ALV, FloraHolland will be holding regional meetings to discuss the decision about offsetting the loss and the annual accounts with the members.
