FloraHolland schedules new General Members’ Meeting

During the General Members’ Meeting (ALV) of the Royal FloraHolland Flower Auction Cooperative on Thursday, June 5, the proposal to credit half of the liquidity contribution for 2013 was voted down. This meant that no further decisions could be taken concerning the annual accounts.

FloraHolland is scheduling a new closed General Members' Meeting on Thursday, July 10, at 19:30 in Aalsmeer. In the advisory council meeting on June 19, the Management Board will discuss the path to take in decision-making and the ALV with both advisory councils.

Prior to the new ALV, FloraHolland is organising regional evenings in the Netherlands and the most important foreign countries. More information about the dates, times and locations will be published at the start of next week.
