Grower Dashun declared best grower of China
Mr. Jang of the Chinese grower Dashun declared best Anthurium grower of China. Commercial director Marco van Herk personally congratulates Mr. Jang with this appointment.
The Chinese grower Dashun is a large modern growing company which produces good quality Anthurium plants. The company surface measures 30 hectares and preparations for another 30 hectares have been started.
The horticultural farm Dashun is established in Tianjin and has the ambitious goal of building a hypermodern greenhouse of no less than 100 ha.
The first 30 ha greenhouse is equipped with a glass greenhouse fitted with ebb/flood floors, air humidification, three screen systems, automated planting and breeding, all completely computer-controlled. Moreover, six geothermic sources provide heating for this immense project.
Mr. Yang was supported by Tianjin municipal authorities in his ambition to create an ‘example project’ that would impress China and the rest of the world by its size and use of modern technology.
The Chinese entrepreneur has visited Holland very often and has applied decent modern Dutch techniques to his Chinese project. The person chiefly responsible for the cultivation has followed several training courses and Bureau IMAC visits the site regularly to offer assistance.
