Bring on the Diva when flowers just won’t do!
A surprising design and a long lasting present: Calandiva will bloom beautifully for at least six weeks, leaving a lovely impression.
Calandiva Birkin is the starting point for this arrangement. Choose a Calandiva in a small pot size. Cover the plastic pot on all sides with long grass that ultimately will be the ‘stem’ of the ‘flower’.
Thin wires keep the grass in place.
Cover the wires with a large leaf.
The arrangement gets a finishing touch with some pink elements. In this case floral stylist Dennis Kneepkens uses bear grass with pink cubes of Oasis Floral Foam on top. The large surrounding leaf is hold by gorgeous pins that offer a romantic finishing touch.
Suggestion: put this lovely bouquet 2.0 in a large glass cylinder vase. Calandiva does not need much care, just a little bit of water twice a week. Calandiva is already a beauty in bud and becomes more beautiful every day.
