"For you it should rain red roses" by Victor Breuer
The Red Naomi rose is regarded as the ultimate expression of love and affection. During the NRW "Silver Rose" National Championship of florists, the participating designers were required to create a Red Naomi heart using 200 Porta Nova Red Naomi stems.
One of the disigners is Victor Breuer. Below you can see his creation and how it made.
My heart is supposed to represent a heart rained into the water, so it is placed at the same height with the water in the basin. The flowers are stuck flat and parallel so that they are one with the service of the water.
The roses are put parallel in oasis placed.
The heart border I covered with Typha grass.
From the Cornus I have created a round surface with a hole in size of the heart.

The kind of flowers does not matter to me, the main thing is they come from the heart!

I created a structure in which is a layer of water.
(Which I could used for soaking the oasis as well)
From the Cornus I have created a round surface with a hole in size of the heart.
I only needed the bud and shot part of the stems. But I wanted real big Bud so had 80cm stems.
