Court judgement on application for a temporary injunction against imposing 2014 clock rates

The court issued its judgement on December 20 on the application for a temporary injunction brought by 32 trading companies against the imposition of the 2014 clock rates at FloraHolland.
The court decided to reject the demand. This means that FloraHolland will impose the new trade rates from 1 January 2014. The court will produce a substantiation for its decision next week.
Fifty trading companies started a procedure in July 2013 to abolish the 2014 clock rates. In March there will be a follow-up session about this. The court's judgement will be published thereafter. In anticipation of this, 32 trading companies brought an application for a temporary injunction to postpone imposition of the clock rates from 1 January 2014.
