How can you optimally guarantee the payment security of your debtors in your administration?
As a grower, you receive a Debtor alert when the situation with one of your customers changes. For example, bankruptcy, withdrawal of payment security or the lapsing of a customer's number. This is a service provided by FloraHolland. Currently, you receive a Debtor alert if you have conducted business with that customer via Connect in the past 52 weeks. As a result of numerous requests, this service has now been expanded.
Tailoring the message
You can now register several e-mail addresses. You can also choose to receive the Debtor alert whether you have done business with that customer before or not. This keeps you informed about a changing situation for potential customers that you are thinking of approaching for the first time. You are still obliged, though, to check beforehand that the buyer's number is registered for doing business via Connect.

- You can register several e-mail addresses, such as that of your financial department and the subcontracted marketing organisation;
- For each e-mail address, you can set the choice to receive the message in Dutch, German or English;
- You can respond promptly in the preparatory phase to a change in the payment security;
- Less debtor risk.
